Boundaries Empower You in Personal & Work Relationships
Do you or others you know have a difficult time saying “no” or telling others what you want from them?
Two new workshops, on May 16 or 18, 2013, can help you set strong, clear, healthy boundaries or limits and increase your effectiveness in getting your needs met, maintaining your self-respect, and helping you take better care of yourself.
At work, boundary setting helps to reduce stress, create clearer communication, improve morale, and increase productivity. Setting boundaries includes deciding what you want or don’t want, telling others, and then sticking with those decisions once you’ve made them.
Join Mark for this half-day workshop. As the workshop facilitator, he brings more than 15 years of experience as an organization consultant and executive coach. Mark has presented this workshop in many organizations, helping people set better boundaries in personal and work relationships.
